RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange, but you may be able to receive store credit.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
-In the same condition that you received it
Items that are FINAL SALE and NON RETURNABLE:
-Any item bought on sale or at a discount (ex: clearance, promo sale, etc)
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Any items eligible for returns and exchanges MUST be mailed back to us within 30 days. Please specify if you would like to exchange your item or receive store credit. At this time, we do not issue refunds. We apologize for the inconvenience. We do NOT accept returns/refunds/exchanges after 30 days.
Refunds (if applicable):
Refunds are only available for damaged items. If you receive an item that is damaged, please take a picture of the damage and email us (firstname.lastname@example.org) the picture within 24 hours of receiving your purchase. We will then contact you with shipping instructions, a shipping label, and you will have 5 days from that email to mail us the damaged product. Once we receive your returned item and have inspected it, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. At this time, we cannot refund any shipping charges.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Please check with your bank on how many days it will take for the funds to come back to your account. We do our best to issue refunds within 24-48 BUSINESS hours, however your bank may take longer.
Damages/Refunds are NOT processed on Saturdays and Sundays. We apologize for the inconvenience!!
If you purchased an item that is now on sale or promo, we will honor a one time price adjustment if you contact us within 10 days of your original purchase, 14 days if the purchase was made between Black Friday (the Friday after Thanksgiving) to February 1 of the following year. Please contact us at email@example.com for a price adjustment and we will do our best to assist you.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If applicable, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
All items purchased on sale or at a discount (including but not limited to clearance, promo sale, etc) are FINAL SALE and are non refundable and non returnable.
If you wish to exchange your item, please send us an email at email@example.com. We will then be in contact with you and will send you a shipping label and a form to fill out.
If you have received an item as a gift (ex: someone purchased a gift and had it mailed directly to you instead of them), please contact us. We do not refund gifts, but would be more than happy to give you store credit or exchange the item for another item of equal (or lesser) value.

If you are waiting to receive an exchange, depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. We will do our best to stay in contact with you during the exchange process and will send you applicable tracking numbers.
